Policy on the Protection of Personal Information

IP DREAM Inc.’s mission is to develop and provide Customers with innovative communication services through our cloud services in an easy, safe and sound manner. We want to keep transforming people's lives in the 21st century and make them richer and more comfortable. We deliver cloud services to our customers using cost-effective ICT that improves security and safety. As we conduct our business activities, we believe that it is our social accountability to manage personal data properly, and we take the following measures in order to fulfill this duty:

1.Regarding the Possession, Use and Sharing of Personal Information

We obtain, use and share personal information of individuals, as well as that of our employees. We use this information appropriately in order to handle the our business activities, and will not use it for anything beyond the range of our specifically stated purposes. In case we need to use it beyond that range, we shall obtain express consent from the concerned individuals.

2.Regarding Personal Information Laws, Guidelines, and Standards

We comply with the personal data protection laws, guidelines and other standards that are applicable in Japan.

3.Regarding the Security of Personal Information

We take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, information leakage, loss, destruction, tampering, and impairment of personal information.

4.Regarding Complaints and Inquiries related to Personal Information.

We deal with any complaints or inquiries regarding personal information immediately.

5.Regarding Our Approach to Data Protection (Personal Data Protection Management System)

We regularly review and improve our systems in order to protect personal information.
